What is Multiparametric Liver MRI?
Multiparametric Liver MRI is an advanced imaging technique that combines multiple MRI sequences to evaluate both the structure and function of the liver. This method provides highly accurate information about liver tissue composition, blood flow, and the presence of any lesions, helping in the diagnosis and management of various liver diseases without the use of ionizing radiation.

This method is used for:

  • Detecting and characterizing liver tumors (benign or malignant)
  • Assessing liver fibrosis and cirrhosis
  • Evaluating fatty liver disease (steatosis)
  • Monitoring liver transplant patients
  • Guiding treatment decisions for liver diseases

By integrating high-resolution anatomical imaging with functional assessments such as diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI), MR elastography, and dynamic contrast-enhanced imaging (DCE), multiparametric liver MRI offers comprehensive evaluation in a single session. The procedure typically takes 30–60 minutes. Results can usually be obtained the next day.

Special English reports are prepared for international patients, and the process is managed with language support.
